Cancellation Policy
The minimum notice of the cancellation of any monthly plan(s) with AZ Web Dr. is no less than 30 days prior to cancellation.

Any notice of cancellation within 30 days prior to the requested date will be charged for the entire amount and be cancelled the following month.
​
For instance, if a customer would like to cancel they monthly website maintenance plan for the month of August, they must notify AZ Web Dr. no later than July 1st to ensure that they will not be charged for the month of August on August 1st.
Payment Policy
All late payments are subject to a 5% additional fee. This includes all plans such as, but not limited to, our Google Ad Campaign Management Plan, Website Maintenance Plans, Facebook Ad Management Plans, etc.

Before beginning a website design, a 50% non-refundable security deposit is required. Full payment for the website is due upon completion of the website. The security deposit is applied to the total cost upon completion. Thus, the customer is responsible for the remaining balance to be paid in order for their website to be launched. A website will not be launched until full payment is received.

The monthly maintenance plan is limited to the website only.

The monthly maintenance plan does not include a website redesign. Website redesign starts at $50/hour.

Yearly Hosting Charges
The first year of hosting fees are included with every web design package that we sell. After the first year, you as the client, will be charged a fee of $276 for E-Commerce Packages and $250 for all other Packages.

The Hosting Charge is a yearly fee that must be paid in full before it is due or else your website will be disabled temporarily until this fee is paid.
​
We will do our best to give you a reminder as our valued customer a 14 day notice before your yearly hosting fee is due.

Please note that all of our Web Design Packages show that the 1st year of hosting fees is included.
